Refund and Return Policy

1. REFUND - REPLACEMENT
The following reasons are covered by our 30 days FULL Refund/ FREE replacement policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.
  • Item received is significantly different from the description or the product customization information.
  • Item received is defective/damged/broken/does not work properly due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
  • Wrong designs or colors compared to the preview.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Not what you ordered.
2. NO REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Item that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
  • Personal Reason due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
  • Product purchase during a sale or any promotion.

    3. CANCELATION AND MODIFICATION

    • If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
    • Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified. 
    • Please be informed that:We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in holiday seasons.

    4. REFUND TIME

    • If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long is takes for a refund to appear on your accoutn or statement:

    Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.                   Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.
